భాషాశాస్త్రం (Linguistics) అనేది భాష యొక్క నిర్మాణం, స్వభావం, వికాసం, వినియోగం వంటి అంశాలను శాస్త్రీయంగా పరిశీలించేది భాషా శాస్త్రం.  భాషా వ్యవస్థను శాస్త్రీయంగా విశ్లేషించడం, భాషా నిర్మాణంలోని నియమాలను గుర్తించడం, భాషా మార్పులు, ఉపభాషలు, సామాజిక ప్రభావాలను అధ్యయనం చేయడం, భాషా ఆర్జన (Language Acquisition) విధానాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోవడం.

The Present course 'Marketing Management' has been introduced as one of the core courses in the First Year, Semester II of the Two Year MBA Programme offered by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.
